Are we sure there's a Somewhere Out There version of Four Part Dissonance? The only mention I have of a program by that name is from The Other Side (2001). That's based on several tape collections, the FWMU FAQ, and the Joe Frank Finder.
joefrank.com refers to the program as a remix, but I think they use that label interchangeably to indicate either that a show contains material from other programs or that it's a new show with the same title as an older program.
